The Rolling Stones
CenturyLink Field, Seattle, WA
08.14.19

It is not every day The Rolling Stones visit Seattle. In fact, it has been 13 years since they last played a show here. Well worth the wait for the world’s self-proclaimed “greatest rock ‘n’ roll band in the world.” Fans had to wait even longer after Mick Jagger’s heart-valve replacement postponed the tour.

Seeing Jagger play in a stadium that holds 70,000 like he never had heart surgery is something very few 76 year olds can do. It was an incredible show considering this might be the last time they ever play Seattle again. If they wait another 13 years to return, Mick Jagger will be one year shy of his 90th birthday. But seeing their positive, bright, and youthful spirit play CenturyLink Field, I bet they will outlive all of us. It is what got them to this point with zero signs of stopping.
