A rich history of Americana music makes its presence known in the music of The Wood Brothers. Chris and Oliver Wood, along with multi-instrumentalist Jano Rix, comprise this trio of musicians known for their gritty folk sound and gripping vocals. As part of their seemingly non-stop touring cycle, they’ll be taking over Seattle’s Moore Theatre, and bringing Shook Twins along for the ride.

Now officially based in Nashville, and having recorded their sixth and latest studio album, Paradise, there, The Wood Brothers also put out their third live album this January. Live at The Barn resonates with the group’s live charm and seamless musicianship. The trio’s notably flawless chemistry is a big part of their draw, and their live shows are a fiery mix of blues, funk, folk, and good ol’ rock and roll. Having added electric guitar to the mix, there’s a fresh edginess to their sound that complements their creative instrumentation.

Check out the video below from their 2016 stop at the Moore, and then grab your ticket before this one sells out, as it’s a show sure to have the crowd singing right along and stomping their feet.
