LA by way of NYC by way of Seattle, dance-pop duo Cardiknox is set to take the airwaves – and the dance floors – by storm this year. Multi-instrumentalist Thomas Dutton first met Lonnie Angle while working on his rock opera (originally created with his previous band Forgive Durden) here in Seattle, and ever since she got on board, they haven’t looked back. The two rocked the Bigfoot Stage at 2015’s Sasquatch Music Festival, decked out in leather and sounding like epic buzz.

Cardiknox has spent the last few years between New York, and now LA, polishing their tunes into Portrait, their debut full-length set for release on March 11, 2016 on Warner Bros. and garnering acclaim for their passionate live performances. It’s been nothing but upward success for the band as they spent the better part of 2015 touring throughout the US and Europe. You can catch this dynamic duo opening for The Knocks at Neumos this Thursday to dance your ass off and then again when they join up with Carly Rae Jepsen’s “Gimme Love” tour.
